CHILD ADVOCACY

Child Advocacy for Children of Clients - Oftentimes, clients that we work with are victims of violence in addition to being parents.  This makes the process of seeking safety, services or a protection order that much more challenging.  In an effort to be supportive of parents, we offer child advocacy during medical, legal or service appointments and during support group.  If you have questions about this service, or would like to schedule a child advocate during your appoint feel free to contact us.

Child Advocacy for Children as Clients - Violence knows no age boundaries.  Many victims of violence, and sexual assault are under the age of 18 and also are in need of services.  Children and teenagers are offered services in the same way adults are; we would need consent of a parent/guardian to provide services but that can be set up for interested families.
